By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written for the free beta pilot of ReceiptWise AI in Canada.

1. What the service does

ReceiptWise AI reads receipt images, suggests expense fields and stores records you approve. It organizes information. It does not file returns on your behalf.

2. No tax, accounting or legal advice

Category suggestions, tax splits and reports are informational. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and filings. Confirm treatment with a qualified accountant.

3. Your account

• Keep your password private and use a unique password.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Upload only receipts you have the right to upload.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not upload malicious files or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Accepted receipt files are JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF up to 10 MB.

5. Beta service and pricing

The pilot is free. Planned pricing of $7.99 CAD per month or $79 CAD per year is shown for information only and is marked Coming Soon. No payment details are collected and no subscription is active.

6. Availability and data

Beta features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your original receipts and download regular backups. We are not liable for lost data during the pilot.

7. Ending your use

You may stop using ReceiptWise AI at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
